Eugenè Joubert - CP CMP MBA MCE FICM
Eugenè is the Founder and Chairman of the CR Group of Companies. He studied Law at the UFS and completed his practicals at Symington and de Kok in Bloemfontein. Eugenè is the author of the Debt Collectors Act and was part of the work streams of the NCA, CPA and PoPIA. He is a Registered Facilitator/Assessor at FASSET and Skills Program/Program Content Developer at ETDP SETA. Eugenè is also a qualified Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator at ICM Mexico. He is the only individual on the Africa continent that holds a Master Credit Executive designation from the American Creditors Association.
Jan de Beer - B Comp, B Compt (Hons) PA (SA)
Jan is the CEO of CR Trustees and a Professional Accountant registered with the South African Institute of Professional Accountants and an Associate Member of the Institute of Commercial Forensic Practitioners and the former Risk Management Executive of the Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund in South Africa. Jan is a specialist in risk management and compliance within the legal profession, conducting forensic accounting and compliance investigations and the formulation and implementation of enterprise and practitioner risk management frameworks, programs, policies and investigation procedures.
Nicole Donaldson - B Com, B Com (Hons) MBA
Nicole is a Director of CR Trustees and an accomplished leader in operations management with extensive experience in corporate banking and compliance. She specialises in risk management, change implementation, and driving operational efficiency. Additionally, Nicole is recognised for aligning people, processes, and technology to deliver scalable solutions in regulated environments.
Deidré van der Westhuizen - B Proc
Deidré is a non-practising Attorney, accomplished senior manager with over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. She brings expert, ethical and corporate experience to the Corporate Rebels environment. Her experience adds insight into financial indebtedness, business communication development, operational risk & contract & compliance management.
Dr Ina Meiring - BA Law LLB LLM LLD
Ina is a compliance specialist in banking and regulatory law. Currently, she also serves as the Senior Legal Counsel of PASA. Prior to joining Werksmans Attorneys, Ina held the position of Group Legal Counsel at Absa. She also served as an Executive at ENS Africa for 4 years. Ina actively participated in various banking industry forums and still serves as a member of the Standing Committee for Review of the National Payment System Act. She was a highly regarded lecturer at both RAU and UNISA law faculties for some 22 years. Ina has delivered many papers and contributed to various publications throughout her career.
